If you’re an executive that’s on the go it’s hard to find the time to eat healthy.  I have found that unhealthy eating habits negatively impact my energy levels, clarity in thought process and personality.  In any customer facing or leadership position, you simply can’t have anything hold you back, especially poor eating habits and the lack of vitamins as a result of not consuming the proper amounts of juices and vegetables.
